Our Service

Expertise in PCB in Medical Industry

    • Diverse Medical-Grade Materials

We process a full range of substrates tailored for medical electronics: polyimide flex PCB (up to 8 layers), rigid-flex PCB (up to 20 layers), metal core PCBs and ceramic circuit boards.

We work with trusted laminates including Shengyi, Panasonic MEGTRON 6/7 and Rogers high-frequency materials to maintain reliable thermal management and signal integrity for medical diagnostic and imaging systems.

    • High-Density Interconnect (HDI) & Microvias

We specialize in Any-layer HDI and microvia technology up to 40 layers. We achieve ultra-fine 3/3 mil trace/space to meet the miniaturization requirements of implantable devices and handheld diagnostic tools.

    • Precision SMT & Fine-Pitch Placement

Our factory is equipped with 8 high-speed automated SMT lines capable of handling 01005 components and ultra-fine pitch BGA/QFN. Our precision placement ensures the reliability of complex medical control boards and wearable health sensors.

    • High-Volume Throughput & Scalability

Our facility delivers robust production power with an SMT capacity of 3M–4M soldering pads/day and a DIP capacity of 100K pins/day. This scalability allows us to maintain stable lead times and rapid response for both urgent NPI prototypes and high-volume medical device orders.

Quality

Quality Assurance and Inspection

As a professional PCB manufacturer and assembly provider, we implement a comprehensive, reliable testing system covering every production stage. We can also conduct customized functional testing strictly in accordance with your supplied test specifications to validate your projects from prototype development through mass production.

  • Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)

We use high-speed 3D AOI systems to detect component misplacements, solder bridge issues, and polarity errors. This ensures 100% surface-level accuracy for even the most densely populated medical PCBA.

  • X-ray Inspection for Hidden Integrity

We use X-ray inspection for BGA, QFN, and multi-layer PCB designs. Our X-ray inspection detects hidden solder voids and internal layer misalignments, guaranteeing the structural integrity of complex medical circuits.

  • In-Circuit Testing (ICT)

We perform comprehensive ICT to verify component values and electrical connectivity. This stage identifies manufacturing defects such as opens, shorts, and incorrect components before final assembly.

  • Customized Functional Testing (FCT)

We provide custom test fixtures and corresponding testing services per your project’s test plan.
